Terms of Service

Effective November 2, 2026. These Terms govern your use of Umapage, a service provided by Kaio Luiz Rocha de Almeida Costa, que atua sob o nome Orbzz, an individual, taxpayer ID (CPF) 150.677.017-73 ("Umapage", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you ("Customer") agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Umapage is a platform that uses artificial intelligence to propose a one-page website for small businesses, provides an editor to adjust text, images and colors, and hosts the published site. Depending on the plan, we also help you connect or register the site's domain name.

2. Account

  1. You must be at least 18 years old, or legally represent the business you build the site for.
  2. Registration information must be accurate and kept up to date.
  3. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything done with it.

3. Plans and payment

  1. Essential (US$ 12 per month): you already have or buy your own domain, and we show you how to connect it. Includes the plan features and limits described on the pricing page and in the editor (number of sites, sections, AI requests per week and assistant questions per day).
  2. Complete (US$ 25 per month): we register the domain in your name and connect it to the site. Includes the plan features and limits described on the pricing page and in the editor. There is no human review of your site: you check and publish it yourself.
  3. The domain name is billed separately at the registry's price (about US$ 10 to 20 per year) and renews yearly.
  4. Billing is monthly, by card, and renews automatically each period through Stripe, our payment provider. You can cancel at any time under Account > Manage subscription: the plan stays active until the end of the paid period and you are not charged again. Prices may change with 30 days' notice, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.
  5. Prices are in US dollars. Taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) are added where required by law. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees.
  6. Where the law of your country gives you a cooling-off or withdrawal right (for example 14 days in the EU and UK, or 7 days in Brazil), it applies as the law provides. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
  7. Usage limits (sites, sections, AI requests, assistant questions) are shown in the editor, and anything beyond a limit is blocked until the next period or until you change plan. We may adjust these limits with 30 days' notice, without reducing what you have already paid for in the current period.
  8. Activation and provisional address. Once Stripe confirms the payment, the plan is enabled automatically; if something fails, we may enable it manually. Until we have the final domain, sites live at a provisional Umapage address that may change (we will notify you by email).
  9. Site download (one-time payment). If you do not want a subscription, you can pay a single fee of R$ 150 (Brazilian reais) per site to download the finished site and host it anywhere. The delivery is the front end only, as one HTML file with the CSS, JavaScript and photos included; it does not include any back end (server, database, dashboard, form handling or email), and you alone are responsible for any back-end feature you add yourself. Payment is made through Stripe, by card or Pix, and the download is enabled as soon as the payment is confirmed. It covers the paid site, which you may download again with the changes you make in the editor. Customers with an active monthly plan can download their sites at no extra charge while the plan is active. After the download, hosting, domain, maintenance and updates of the file are your responsibility: Umapage does not host or support the downloaded file, and later changes in the editor do not change a file you already downloaded. The one-time payment does not include a domain, hosting or a subscription. The withdrawal right in clause 6 also applies to this purchase if you are a consumer and have not yet downloaded the file.

4. Domain names

  1. The domain is always registered in the Customer's name, including on the Complete plan.
  2. Yearly renewal is the Customer's responsibility. We will warn you by email before it expires, but if the domain lapses the site goes offline and we are not liable.
  3. If you cancel, you may transfer the domain to another provider and we will give you the information needed to do so.

5. Your content and use of AI

  1. The content of your site (text, photos, logo, prices, hours, contact details) belongs to you, and you warrant that you have the rights to use and publish it.
  2. The AI suggests text and structure based on what you provide. It is designed not to invent prices, opening hours, addresses, phone numbers, reviews, awards or client numbers; those fields stay blank until you fill them in.
  3. The AI can still make mistakes. You must read and approve everything before publishing and you are responsible for what appears on your site, including statements about prices, hours, health, safety or results.
  4. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process and display that content solely to provide the service, including sending it to the AI provider we use to generate or adjust the site.
  5. The AI may produce text, structure or images that are inaccurate, repetitive, unsuitable for your business or different from what you asked. We do not guarantee that the result meets a specific expectation. You can edit by hand, request more changes within your plan limits, or rebuild the site. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by AI errors or by information published without checking.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for:

We may suspend, disable or remove, at any time and without prior notice, any site whose content we consider dangerous, suspicious, misleading or in breach of this clause, including after a report by a third party, an order from an authority, or risk to visitors or to the platform. Where possible, we will notify the Customer afterwards by email, with the reason, and they may request a review through the channel in clause 13. If the suspension results from a breach, there is no refund for the period already paid, without prejudice to the rights the law gives consumers.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, the editor, the templates, the code and the Umapage brand belong to Kaio Luiz Rocha de Almeida Costa, que atua sob o nome Orbzz. You can download the HTML of your own site and host it anywhere, under clause 3.9. What you publish remains yours.

8. Availability and support

We work to keep the service online but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance and failures at third parties (hosting, domain registry, AI provider) may cause downtime. The service is self-service: there is no agency, consulting or custom site building, and the editor's assistant is automated. Human support handles account, billing and platform problems, and is available through e-mail (hello@orbzz.com) on business days, with a reply within 2 business days.

What the service does not include

Umapage does not include: writing or reviewing your site's text for you, creating photos, logos or visual identity, making changes to your site for you, marketing, sales or search consulting, one-to-one training, or setting up third-party accounts (WhatsApp, Instagram, Google, a domain at another registrar, beyond the step-by-step we show). You do this in the editor, with the automated assistant's help.

9. Liability

  1. We do not guarantee sales results, search engine ranking or number of visits.
  2. We are not responsible for content you publish, for a domain that expired because it was not renewed, or for failures caused by third parties.
  3. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, and does not affect your mandatory consumer rights.

10. Cancellation

  1. You can cancel at any time from your account or through support. The service continues until the end of the period already paid, with no pro-rata refund, except for any withdrawal right under clause 3.6.
  2. At the end of the paid period the site goes offline and we keep your data for 30 days so you can download your content. After that it is deleted, except what the law requires us to keep.
  3. If a payment fails, we retry and notify you by email. If it is not resolved within 7 days, the site goes offline, and your data is kept for the period in clause 10.2.
  4. We may close your account for breach of these Terms, with 15 days' notice except in serious cases.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email or in your account with reasonable advance notice, and continued use after the stated date counts as acceptance.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes go to the courts of the Customer's place of residence, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer right.

13. Complaints and contact

To complain, report an error, cancel or exercise your consumer rights, write to hello@orbzz.com. We reply within 2 business days and give a solution or a reasoned answer within 10 business days. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
